All Jorge Kurczyn furniture is built to order. Because each piece may vary in dimensions, materials, finish, upholstery, leather, copper, ironwork, carving, and other custom details, prices are quoted individually. Please request a formal quote before placing an order so every specification can be reviewed and confirmed.
Standard production and delivery planning for most pieces is typically 8 to 12 weeks. Custom pieces, large orders, specialty finishes, complex upholstery, carved details, or custom hardware may require additional time. Upon request, we may provide photos or videos during the production process so the client can follow the progress of the piece from design through completion.
Our standard payment term is 50/50. A 50% deposit is required to begin production after the quote and specifications have been approved. The remaining 50% balance is due before the order leaves our distribution center in Laredo, Texas. Orders are not released for shipment or delivery until the final balance has been paid.
We accept checks, credit cards, and money orders. Payment details and any applicable processing conditions will be confirmed with the client before the order is finalized.
Packing and crating requirements depend on the furniture type, size, destination, and handling needs. A packing charge of 4% of the product cost may be applied when standard packing is required. A crating and packing charge of 6% of the product cost may be applied when additional protection or crating is needed for transportation.
Shipping is coordinated from our distribution center in Laredo, Texas. Once merchandise arrives at the distribution center, the client is contacted to coordinate delivery options, timing, and carrier details. Our team works to identify a suitable shipping rate and carrier based on the order size, destination, and delivery requirements.
For clients located in Texas, direct delivery may be available through our distribution center carrier. Our delivery representatives are familiar with handling, packing, unpacking, and placement procedures. When applicable, they may assist with basic product placement and removal of packing materials after delivery.
Because each piece is made to order, all measurements, finishes, materials, leather, fabric, hardware, and special instructions should be reviewed carefully before production begins. Approved custom orders are built according to the confirmed specifications, and natural variations in wood tone, leather texture, distress marks, carving, copper, ironwork, and handmade finishes are part of the character of the piece.
